Getting Help

User can ask for help through the “GET HELP” menu option at the last panel of the page https://www.sdcc.bnl.gov/.  This “GET HELP” option leads to an area with links to start a ticket by email for 

  • Application Support (RT-SDCC-Applications@bnl.gov)
  • Cluster Support (RT-SDCC-Cluster@bnl.gov)
  • User account Support (RT-RACF-UserAccounts@bnl.gov)

Tickets should be sent to these areas for most day-to-day issues that arise.


For issues related to the initial setup of project allocations, adding collaborators to a project and getting an account, please contact Chulwoo Jung (chulwoo@bnl.gov).
