Getting Help

User can ask for help through the “GET HELP” menu option at the top left of the page  This “GET HELP” option leads to an area with links to start a ticket by email for 

  • Application Support
  • Cluster Support
  • User account Support

Tickets should be sent to these areas for most day-to-day issues that arise.

For issues related to the initial setup of project allocations, adding collaborators to a project and getting an account, a ticket should be sent to the USQCD liaison.  An email address for the liaison will be available soon.
