Proceedings Information

Proceedings contributions are due September 14, 2004.

Elsevier will be the publisher, with the same format as in previous years.

Page limits are as follows:

  • 60-minute plenary talk: 14 pp.
  • 45-minute plenary talk: 10 pp.
  • 30-minute plenary talk: 7 pp.

  • posters and parallel talks: 3 pp.
To keep the bound proceedings to one volume we must be strict with the page limits.

Please note that your paper is acceptable only if it has not been published elsewhere.

Instructions for Preparing your Manuscript

  1. Read the covering letter from Elsevier, which contains important information about preparation and submission. You can download it in Adobe pdf or MSWord doc format.
  2. Read the detailed instructions for formatting for our volume: espcrc2.pdf.
  3. If you are using LaTeX to prepare your contribution, download and use the style files, bundled in espcrc2.tar.gz or espcrc2.zip.
  4. Send your contribution as a pdf (preferred) or ps e-mail attachment to lat2004@fnal.gov. Be sure you are on time and within the page limit!
