Proceedings contributions are due September 14, 2004.

Elsevier will be the publisher, with the same format as in previous years.

Page limits are as follows:

60-minute plenary talk: 14 pp.
45-minute plenary talk: 10 pp.
30-minute plenary talk: 7 pp.

posters and parallel talks: 3 pp.

To keep the bound proceedings to one volume we must be strict with the page limits.

Please note that your paper is acceptable only if it has not been published elsewhere.
