Why don't use "make"?

The sources for the benchmark are used by GNU-automake. I tried to generate all applications of MILC for the benchmark, BUT I gave up... little difficult for me.

So I changed my plan that necessary applications(binary files) are generated by my prepared Makefile(make.bin) in each benchmark directory.

Of cause, you CAN "make" after "./configure". But its compile must to be failed on a target of MPICH version. After "make", you get su3_rmd_symzk_asqtad and su3_hmc_symzk_asqtad in src/ks_imp_dyn2.

If you have a good idea of this automaking, please let me know. You also wanna rebuild this automaking, see Making of package.
