FLTV is a JAR file. If you have a Java environment on your machine, you can use it. As FLTV is used the Java Swing, you need a latest version of Java2.

NOTE

There is a program error of FLTV on Windows. It is New_line code error. I used "\n" as a new_line code on generating of Octave data. But Windows' new_line code is not "\n". So the headers of Octave data file generated by FLTV is wrong on Windows... Sorry.
